Refunds & Exchange

Refunds:
We will only be accepting refunds 14 days after the product has been received. A refund will only be accepted if the items haven’t been worn, used or in a different condition from when received. Only the item cost will be refunded. 
 
Exchanges:
We will accept exchanges on faulty items (We make sure every item is properly checked before begin dispatched) Exchanges will only vary on wrong sizing. Exchanges request will only be accepted 5 days after being delivered.
 
To request a refund, returns and exchange email us on info@certifiedstate.com and we will give you brief instructions on how to return or get a refund. Instructions will include address, delivery method etc.
All Returns sent to us must be sent through recorded delivery service. When you return an item the Parcel must include the order number and exchange/refund request.
